Dr Leonard Leng is a registered Family Physician dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
He graduated with a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of
Singapore (NUS), followed by his Graduate Diploma and Master of Medicine in Family Medicine.
Dr Leonard also holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine (GDOM) and serves as a Designated Workplace
Doctor (DWD).
His clinical foundation spans Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery,
Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Medicine, and Paediatrics, giving him a comprehensive approach
to patient care. With an interest in holistic health and longevity medicine, Dr Leonard pursued
extensive training and is now a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician by the American
College of Lifestyle Medicine.
As a founding member and Vice-President of the Singaporean Society of Lifestyle Medicine, Dr
Leonard champions the philosophy that healthy lifestyle habits are fundamental to disease
prevention and treatment. He empowers his patients to make sustainable changes that improve
their long-term health outcomes.
Dr Leonard values the enduring doctor-patient relationship and is committed to delivering
dedicated, personalised care at ATA Medical. Outside the clinic, he enjoys time with his wife
and two young children, church volunteering, and listening to health podcasts.
