Screen for Life (SFL)
Last updated: Jun 17, 2025

What Is Screen for Life?
Screen for Life is a national health screening program
by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) that offers subsidies to encourage early
detection and management of chronic diseases and certain types of cancer for
Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PR).
Screen for Life works together with other healthcare schemes, such as the Community
Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Pioneer Generation (PG), and Merdeka Generation. These schemes
allow individuals to use relevant subsidies for both preventive health screenings and ongoing
management of chronic illnesses. Since September 2017, subsidies for Screen for Life have been made available at all CHAS GP
clinics.
ATA Medical is a GP clinic accredited by CHAS
where Singaporean Citizens can access Screen for Life and CHAS subsidies for recommended health
screenings.
