What Is Screen for Life?
Screen for Life is a national health screening programme run by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) that subsidises the early detection and management of chronic diseases and certain cancers.
Singapore citizens and permanent residents (PRs) are eligible for Screen for Life. The programme works alongside schemes such as the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Pioneer Generation (PG) and Merdeka Generation packages. Screen for Life subsidies have been available at all CHAS GP clinics since September 2017.

Screen for Life Eligibility and Recommended Screenings
All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 25 and older are eligible for Screen for Life, with specific screenings recommended based on age group and gender:

You can check your eligibility via the HealthHub portal. Your doctor may advise you to undergo additional tests at different intervals based on your personal health risk factors.
