Pre-Departure Clinic PCR Swab Test - $65*
Home Visit PCR Swab Test - $76/pax*, $50/location* **. Full payment must be made before the home visit. For cancellations, there will be a 10% admin fee imposed before we process your refund. Express Pre-Departure PCR Swab Test (Within 10 hours) - $160*. Express Plus Pre-Departure PCR Swab Test (Within 5 hours) - $240*. Please call us at 6223 0682 / 8883 8128 to get an appointment at our clinic. Express tests after 5PM will have a $50*. Last call registration for Express Tests is cut off at 5.30PM and is not available on Sunday. If you require a fit to travel memo, there will be a cost of $24*. *Prices are NETT and inclusive of GST. **Location surcharge: There will be a $10* service surcharge for visits to Sentosa on Saturday and Sunday. |

You are responsible for ensuring your testing window requirements of your specific event and
that your appointment can meet the required timeline.
There may be delays occurring from the result, which can lead to your flight being missed. If we are unable to furnish your results on time owing to reasons on ATA Medical or our laboratory’s part, we will refund you the full cost of the test. You agree to indemnify us and our laboratories from any expenses, damages, loss or claims arising directly or indirectly from using our services. |
