Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) Medical Check Up

The Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) permits a spouse, step-child, or disabled child of an Employment
Pass or S Pass holder to live in Singapore. The Immigration
and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) requires all applicants to complete a medical examination.
We provide LTVP medical checkups at competitive rates. With three
conveniently located clinics, all equipped with on-site Chest X-Ray facilities, we serve as a
comprehensive one-stop center for full body checkups and medical screenings.
Where Are Our Clinics Located?
Our clinics are conveniently situated across 4 different locations in Singapore:
- Tanjong Pagar Clinic: Located in central Singapore, a 4-minute walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station (EW15)
- Orchard Clinic: A 2-minute walk from Orchard Boulevard MRT station (TE13)
- Jurong Clinic: A 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT station (EW24/NS1)
- Novena Clinic: A 2-minute walk from Novena MRT station (NS20)

to you through email.
Please note we do not provide express reports on Saturdays.

We are a one-stop health screening centre with Chest X-Ray, Mammogram, and Ultrasound Scan.Please note express reports (within 24 hours) are only for medical check-ups conducted in the morning. We seek your kind understanding and patience in this matter.

What You Need To Bring
1. In-Principle Approval Form & Medical Form.
2. For Payment: Cash, NETS, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Union Pay, Grab Pay or PayNow.
How Long Does It Take?
1. Typically, most of our clients complete their tests within 30 to 60 minutes
during times when the clinic is less busy. You can also ask about the best appointment times to
minimize waiting.
2.You will receive your report via email within 2 working days. Alternatively,
you may choose to collect the report in person at our clinic.
3.If needed, you can request an express report (delivered within 24 hours as a soft copy) for an
additional fee of $32.70 NETT.
