Dr Lydia Tan is a family physician with a passion for preventive health and longevity
medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Medicine from the University of St
Andrews (UK) and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from the University of
Manchester. She completed her residency at the National University Hospital Systems across
multiple specialities and earned her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from NUS.
A certified Exercise Prescription practitioner through Exercise is Medicine® Singapore
(EIMS), Dr Lydia integrates physical activity into her preventive healthcare approach. She
is also STOTT PILATES® certified and teaches Reformer Pilates outside of clinical
practice, reflecting her belief that a balanced, active lifestyle is essential for optimal
health.
Dr Lydia is currently advancing her expertise in healthy longevity through specialised
courses and conferences, with the goal of bringing the latest evidence-based approaches in
healthy ageing to her patients at ATA Medical.
