Dr. Lydia is a distinguished medical professional with extensive training and a strong
commitment to holistic health. Dr. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Medicine
from the renowned University of St Andrews in UK, followed by Bachelor of Medicine and
Surgery (MBChB) degree from the University of Manchester. Further advancing in the field,
Dr. Lydia completed her residency with the National University of Hospital Systems, rotating
through various specialities and obtained a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the
National University of Singapore (NUS).
In addition to these qualifications, Dr. Lydia holds a certificate in Exercise Prescription
accredited by Exercise is Medicine® Singapore (EIMS). She is dedicated to integrating
exercise into preventive healthcare strategies, underscoring the belief that a balanced and
healthy lifestyle is crucial for maintaining optimal health. In testament to this, Dr. Lydia
is certified by STOTT PILATES® and allocates time outside clinical practice to instruct
Reformer Pilates.
Currently, Dr Lydia’s special interest is advancing her expertise in the field of healthy
longevity by actively engaging in continuing education through attending specialized courses
and conferences. She aims to commit to integrating the latest advancements in healthy aging
into patient care.
