Full Time Job For Clinic Assistant

We are a new start up medical group with focus on corporate health screening and chronic disease management. Our health screening centre is in central Singapore, within the Central Business District. Our team is made up of experienced individuals who are caring yet enthusiastic to contribute in the medical industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage reception area
Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties such as
registration, appointment, billing, answer phone calls, arrange the booking for Radiology and
Laboratory tests
Handling of blood/urine/stool samples and liaise with
Laboratory/specimens collection and delivery
Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
Process of billing transactions under different Government
schemes and managed care programmes
To answer clients’ enquiry. Provide information, assurance,
and financial counselling
Assist Doctor in chaperoning client, if required
Managing stock and inventory
Operate Clinic Management System
Perform basic health screening assessments as required i.e.
height, weight, blood pressure, waist, hip measurement, body fat analysis, vision testing and
Electrocardiogram (ECG) test
Maintaining general cleanliness of clinic
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
Preferably entry level specialized in healthcare
Previous experience in outpatient operations preferred but
not necessary
Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for clinic will be
an added advantage
Computer literacy
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required
Working Hours
5.5 workday per week (Monday to Friday, Saturday half day compulsory). Pay can be discussed during the interview.
