All travellers, including Singaporean residents, with travel history to countries with risk of yellow fever transmission must possess a valid vaccination certificate against yellow fever in the six days prior to arrival in Singapore. This certificate needs to be presented to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officer at the immigration counter upon arrival in Singapore.

Who Should NOT Get the Yellow Fever Vaccine?

Babies under 6 months old should not receive the yellow fever vaccine. Also, if someone has a strong allergy to any component of the vaccine, like eggs, chicken proteins, or gelatin, they should avoid it. Finally, if someone has previously had a serious reaction to the yellow fever vaccine, they should not be vaccinated again.
